Small Fiberglass Pools for Compact Backyards
Short on space? You don’t need a big yard to have a pool. The small fiberglass pool models we install range from just 8 to 12 feet wide and 14 to 28 feet long, making them a great fit for compact lots, courtyards, side yards, and smaller backyards throughout Blue Springs, Independence, Lee’s Summit, and the Kansas City Metro.
Every shell below is a Sun Pools fiberglass pool installed by Hydro Pool & Spa. Like all fiberglass pools, these smaller models install in weeks instead of months, cost less to maintain than concrete, and their smooth gelcoat finish feels great underfoot. Many homeowners pair them with a spa or spill-over feature for year-round enjoyment.
Our Small Fiberglass Pool Models
From the lap-style Ochos Rios to freeform favorites like Sanibel and Montego Bay, there’s a small pool to match nearly any space and style.

Why Choose a Small Fiberglass Pool?
- Lower investment — a smaller footprint means less excavation, less material, and a lower overall project cost.
- Faster installation — most small fiberglass pools are delivered as a one-piece shell and set in a single day.
- Easy to maintain — less water volume means less heating, fewer chemicals, and quicker weekly care.
- Big-pool comfort — bench seating, entry steps, and optional water features come built into the shell.
